The Tennessee Alliance and The Boys & Girls Clubs in Tennessee are two different entities that all of our team works under, but are governed by different operations and policies.

• Can advocate for funding from private sources.
• Responsible for managing reimbursements from private funders to the clubs.
• Establishes partnerships with state and local organizations that benefit clubs on a daily basis.

• Advocates for policy changes with legislators.
• Advocate for state funding to legislators.
• Responsible for managing the financial reimbursements from the state to the clubs.
• Organizes and manages the State Youth of the Year program.
